The Jawai Yatra — Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Within 72 Hours of the Scheduled Trip

If the booking is cancelled within 72 hours before the scheduled trip, 50% of the total confirmed/revised booking amount will be deducted as a cancellation charge.

The remaining 50% amount will be refunded, subject to the applicable cancellation terms of hotels, safaris, transportation and other services already booked.

Important

Any amount that has already been paid to a hotel, safari provider, transport provider or other service provider and is non-refundable will be deducted from the refundable amount.

Once the booking is confirmed, the customer is responsible for making the full payment as per the agreed payment schedule, even if the customer later decides not to use any part of the package.

No-Show or Unused Services

If the customer does not arrive for the trip or does not use any confirmed service, the amount paid for that service will not be refundable.

The latest revised and confirmed package amount will be considered the final booking amount for cancellation calculations.
